Duration of the Course :-  9 Months

Diploma Structure :-

THEORY LECTURES:-

Theory lectures  offers the opportunity to examine:-

a. The development of the whole child, and the successive phases of child development.

b. The formative psychic powers of the child that leads to all-round development.

c. The role and attitude of the adult will also be studied.

 DEMONSTRATION LECTURES:-

The practical demonstration lectures deal with

      a. The function and presentation the materials offered to children from 3 to 6 years of age in a Montessori environment.

          b. The aims of the materials, the technique of presenting them to the child and the age at which they must be offered will be discussed in these sessions.

SUPERVISED PRACTICE:-

During scheduled hours individual will have an opportunity to practice with the material along with the children in a Montessori environment under proper supervision and guidance.

ENVIRONMENT, OBSERVATION AND TEACHING PRACTICE:-

a. Individual will be asked to take responsibility of environment when they are with children

as this will develop the care and maintenance of Montessori materials and familiarity with the Montessori  environment.

b. Individuals will have to submit written work at regular intervals during the course based on

theory, material making assignments observation, Practical life, Sensorial, language and

Mathematics.

c. Information regarding course will be sent through email on a regular basis.

SCHEDULE AND TIMING:-

TIME SLOT : 10 AM - 1 PM (3 days a week) / 1 PM to 4 PM (3 Days a week)

WEEKEND CLASSES : 10 AM - 1 PM

ATTENDANCE AND LANGUAGE

Individual must have 90% attendance in each module.

All lectures will be taken in English and the course work should also be submitted in English

language only.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Admission procedure will start from in middle of March and will close by first week of April

every year.

1 Fees of the Course : 8000/- (INR) Per Month

Applicants should be enclosed with the followings:

a. Application form duly filled and signed by the applicant with two photographs, one to be

affixed on the application form.

b. Attested or certified copies of certificates.

c. Application Fee of Rs 1770/- .

After submission of application the Review Committee will process all complete applications

and the decision of the committee will be final and binding.

Further the candidate will undergo through the two rounds of interview.

1. Telephonic interview.

2. Face to face interview.

ADMISSION CONFIRMATION

On qualifying all rounds, the candidate will receive the letter of acceptance along with the

Fee structure and schedule of the course.

EXAMINATION

Exam will be held after completing 6 months of the course, which includes:-

• Four theory written exams (one from each section)

• Four oral & practically

• Assignments in between of the course schedule.
